      Pros

      Management is wonderful to work with, good work-life balance, lots of room to grow, and amazing benefits (wonderful health insurance, PTO, etc)

      Cons

      Residents and their families can be difficult to work with and there tends to be a high turnover rate because of it.

      Pay was great, benefits were good. The people were amazing. The staff actually care about residents.

      Cons

      High staff turnover. CRD seeks absolute control and does not let anyone help her.
