      Great staffing ratios, tasty food, happy residents and family members. Management genuinely cares about the staff. Great opportunity for advancement.

      insurance is a bit pricey

      They listen to your problems and concerns, they are very supportive.

      Cons

      Sometimes family can be hard to work with and behaviors from residents. But as far as management as a whole I have no cons. Health insurance isn't the best.

      Pros

      OT, shift bonuses (if offered), free meal, fun residents, 4 days off.

      Cons

      Management is toxic as can be. They sit and complain about being short staffed, but complain even harder if you ask for their help on the floor. Their RN is a ruthless snatch. Puts on a face like she cares about you, but all she really cares about is having control over you, and making sure you know who's in charge.
