Compensation not competitive. High staff turnover. Lack of direction and leadership from the CEO and High Management. Poor strategic decisions from high management.

micromanager direction a lot of employees do drugs on toilets to keep up with the pressure the backstabbing environment is in all levels, departments and positions a lot of pressure for perfection careful to what you say or do

A lot of organizational and culture changes since new management came. No transparency and hidden agenda from executive level. Overworked, long hours. Some rude managers who doesn’t treat you with respect
