Nice office, good bonus, flexibility on working from home

Cons

Management has no respect for work life balance, expect no weekends or family time during peak season, which is almost all year. No clear direction on what expectations are - constantly redoing the same work

Clumsy communication and HR department. The entire company runs by the “no mans land “ approach. Big egos and back stabbing people.
