Loads of extremely smart people to learn from Most are very easy to work with A lot of reorganization in positive way - expands the breadth of experience

Cons

Not much Cons maybe infrastructure is a bit poor around data but a lot of stuff being built in house Too much focus on DE&I - waste of time and money

I am a recent joiner and so far, I have been blown away at how nice and welcoming people have been. This includes senior leaders. As I get to know my broader team, I am also really impressed by the caliber of the team. So far, so good!
