Business Outlook
Pros
Room for growth as long as you do your job well and get along with your manager. Gives a good experience on learning banking. Overall work culture is pretty nice. The organization as a whole tries their best to show they care about employees. Salary is above their competitors
Cons
Sales are heavily pushed and the bonus checks aren't worth the hassle. Some unethical employees willing to do anything to meet their numbers to avoid a coaching from upper management. You only work with a few people at the branch which can make the work tedious at points
