Pros

Good salary compared to competitors, fun environment, ability to grow within the company.

Cons

Human resources is confused on how to run a business. Meetings are pointless you learn nothing and feel more intelligent than those who are in charge. Lack of direct concrete accountability measurements. Widgets one day and profit and loss the next.

Pros

There is lots of room for growth in this company, as Fifth Third is everywhere and has many open positions. They also have a very laid back culture.

Cons

The cons in this company is the pressure of getting sales, having to hit your numbers, and the pressure of management to do such,

Pros

Nothing note worthy to be considered a "pro".

Cons

Upper management lacks leadership skills & mentoring abilities. Their strengths are talking down to new branch managers, undermining & making us feel inferior because of the way we look not just production goals. This is a hostile, stifling setting that really puts a damper on the talent & creativity many companies would rather have.
