good company from an employee development and engagement/wanting folks to grow with the company at least at first

Cons

retail isn't for everyone and when I started I like it but it became to much about what have you done for me lately. Could have been local and regional management.

A lot of pressure to sell as a teller. Forcing tellers to sell brought down moral of the team.
