Pros

The salaries are competitive and the benefits are really good. I enjoy being able to purchase extra vacation time and the benefits are right on par for a company this size.

Cons

Always understaffed and behind on technology. While I'm able to purchase extra vacation, I'm afraid that I will lose it due to the amount of work and demands of the job.
