Pros

I am typically an all in type of employee. When I work for a company I buy into whatever they are telling us. I work hard to meet the goals presented to me and believe in the products, services, and name that I represent. Fifth Third worked hard to keep employees informed about the happenings at the bank, community involvement opportunities and changes in any products. Great health, retirement, and stock purchase benefits to employees as well as discounts on cellulart providers etc.

Cons

The HR department does not communicate regarding job openings at all. I applied to multiple job openings within the bank and recieved not so much as a "thanks, no thanks." Very disappointing to say the least.
