Pros

The people I worked with were very pro active and friendly

Cons

Too many un realistic goals in this economy. People just don't want to open checking accounts and especially wanting a credit card. On the whole was a great place to work for.

Pros

-hands on involvement with customers -training available in various areas of banking if interested -higher base pay than most competitors

Cons

-sales support and objectives from corporate can be stupid, but you're expected to play along -commission pay is lower than competitors -new account options are not as competitive as ideal -some systems/policies are counterintuitive and make it difficult to do your job in cases when the resolution should be simple
