Pros

Great pay! And the work life balance was good for a financial services job.

Cons

As with any growing financial services firms once a product gets too big it's time to slap it with regulation. Then slow moving projects and annoyances dealing with the chain of command allowed for frustrating work experiences.

Pros

Part time employees are granted full benefits and profit sharing options. Very respected and inclusive environment.

Cons

Company scope is from Midwest to East Cost, so we tend to lose customers who move to the Western states.
