Pros

Good pay, benefits, co workers

Cons

Not as expected, upper management slow to fill key positions with in Bank. High turnover, structure of position based on "points". With key positions not filled, new customer/ businesses not being brought in, goals hard to attain. Initial training very good, but without a manager, no follow up training at branch level.

Pros

Great co-workers that provide plenty of support, and are willing to go the extra mile. You are able to build long term friendships here.

Cons

Human Resources makes changes without feedback from supervisors, very uncommunicative. You never know which way they are heading, or if you will have a position the next day. Job was eliminated, and very little support provided to remain with company.
