Pros

Role has good amount of flexibility. Can learn a lot. Good work / life balance and great benefits.

Cons

Culture is somewhat toxic as there is a large amount of employees (especially in IT) that moved to Fifth Third from a different organization. Leadership staffing decisions are based on likability rather than merit.
