Pros

Fifth Third has improved their resources that allow you to complete your job. I had great co-workers, decent pay and benefits. I enjoyed a workplace close to home and some flexibility in my time. I was provided opportunities to change departments, allowing for growth potential. Great company to work for if you are highly successful.

Cons

Management doesn't always care enough about their people; employee retention can be an issue. Be prepared to work very hard. Unless you are highly successful, you may not be likely to get much recognition for your accomplishments.
