Pros

Help from management to advance as long as your meeting goals and put in time. Fun workplace environment. Great benefits.

Cons

It is somewhat micromanaged but not to much. Goals and quality forms will often change and it can be difficult to keep up with the changes.

Pros

Good thing is hours are not to crazy like other banks in the area that close at 8 p.m.

Cons

Their quotas are crazy they want a certain # of approved credit cards, checking and savings accounts with no traffic flow if not your out! If you were in good with the DM you get all the information if not your isolated.

Pros

It is one of the few Financial Services companies headquartered in Cincinnati. The benefits are slightly better than average.

Cons

Poor business model. Decisions that should be decentralized are centralized and authority that should be granted to middle managament is co-opted by upper management.
