      Started working for Fifth Third Bank a couple of weeks ago. I'm still on my 6 week training.

      .The benefits here are amazing than any job i've had before. . Great salary for newcomers, and great bonuses . Nice vacation/sick time.

      Cons

      . Where I work horrible employees. Nobody wants to talk and be friendly. They stick to cliques. . Dealing with mean customers everyday (dealing with their money...)

      Pros

      Relatively good hours, especially as a student. The compensation isn't bad as a student either, but leaves little to be desired as a graduate.

      Cons

      limited growth oppertunity: If you are trying to gain experience, Fifth Third has not been the friendly "grow within" company it used to be. They got rid of many training programs and oppertunities are very limited. Hitting sales goals is a major responsibility, but some locations are much more difficult than others to sell (demographics, cultures, average incomes).

      Pros

      Newer offices, great staff at the branch levels, very nice people in the training department, awesome ceo at the affiliate level.

      Cons

      Upper management is ridiculous (particularily the regional managers). My former regional thought excel spreadsheets and conference calls were more important than sales and results.
