So much missed opportunity

Pros

There are some good smart people across most of the organizations within the bank. Customer first culture. Employees rally together in times of need.

Cons

Upper and middle management gets in their own way when it comes to making decision about path forward. Alignment to priorities is hard to obtain and execute against when your run as lean is the bank does. Lot of time spent talking about what/where we should be going as a company and not a lot on supporting what it takes to execute to get there.
