Pros

There is a lot of potential for career advancement at Fifth Third if you want it. The hourly wage is very nice compared to many places.

Cons

There is not a ton of support from upper management, which is kind of disappointing. They also seem to be more sales focused than customer service focused, but I guess most banks are now.

Pros

The job is good because of the people I work with daily. It pays to work with good employees.

Cons

The job is one based on commission and therefore is volatile, but seems to be well worth it if you have two incomes.
