Pros

WLB is good, flexible work time. Can work remotely.

Cons

Company and team do not value its employees, do not care about team and team members' growth potential at all. The pay is really bad.

Pros

Office job, 8-5pm/9-6pm schedule on weekdays, VTO available

Cons

Soul-crushing call center job, 10-4pm on Saturdays, expected to serve at least a year in the call center before being allowed to apply to other positions, dragged-out internal hiring processes that waste your time/energy never leading to an actual job, I was told by two different managers to “be fake” to succeed here, few managers actually care to assist with difficult calls or develop you or your talents, expected to brush off daily verbal abuse from customers, not allowed to hang up no matter what.
