Pros

Health insurance, 401k, pto benefits

Cons

poor operating systems make it incredibly frustrating to perform what are normally simple tasks such as opening/redeeming CDs, print statements past a certain time frame and even resetting online banking can be such a pain.

Pros

Benefits and mostly memorable experiences with fellow employees.

Cons

Micromanagement, consistently bad staffing model, overworked with ever changing role metrics and campaigns, and know that you are expendable. No loyalty here, even if you do the right thing by their own standards.
