Pros

Good benefits. Good salary. Good health insurance.

Cons

There is no balance in work and family time you work open to close six day in a week. Some time they do not have lunch time because there no staff to cover. I leave after 9 years because my stress make me sick with any human resources help.

Pros

Large organization with adequate pay and incentives.

Cons

Employee turn over is disastrous, due to company's lack of commitments to markets, game plan, and to employees.

Pros

Great people and a good work life balance.

Cons

For each of my 10 years I became more and more stunned by how unethical the management team is.
