Pros

Good pay decent vacation time

Cons

Upper management is always watching when somebody does something wrong. They bring in investigators they don’t talk to you about it. They look for ways to let you go. Seems like it’s some type of of way of making them look like they’re doing their job and they get kudos from their bosses which is really crappy if you’re looking for a place to stay long-term because everybody makes mistakes… health benefits are horrible. Cannot go to the doctor or any medication until deductibles met which is a lot of money you pay 3500 a year before the company pays .
