Pros

Cons

I had to reach out several times about my application to the hiring recruiter after i was asked to submit my resume. It took almost 3 weeks to get a reply back and that was the end of it. If I wasn't considered for the position then that could have been communicated as well. I thought it was very unprofessional to not even reply back to emails as it is frustrating to the potential employee. I can see why there is always a position open and would never Recommend someone for a job at any of your locations

Pros

You still have the old guard from LMM MB and UMM GE. New guard is BofA salivating to pleasure middle management to win participations. If you want to win lead left, make money, be a real banker…. Double check the league tables.

Cons

Do NOT work here if you plan to work in ABS or ABF. You have everyone who failed out of JPM and BofA all hired by Bob Marcus who can barely form a sentence. He is the Tyrion Lanister of middle market banking. I was an PM for 10 years. unbelievable amount of respect for somone who thrives at that level of complacency. ABF/ABL team is highly understaffed. Short of a miracle they’ll take a quarter billion in losses over the next half decade.
