Pros

Solid 401K match, nice facilities, making tech investments

Cons

Long history of lawsuits for classist/discriminatory issues for both employees and customers; no training/"trial-by-fire" and "thrown-under-a-bus" competitive culture creates compliance-based hierarchies that slows down decision making and make working there terrible. Market rate wages with 0-3% annual raises at best. CEO there due to nepotism and brought in buddies for higher up jobs.

Pros

Good starting pay for a customer service job. You have a lot of help during your training time and the job atmosphere is nice. Very welcoming environment.

Cons

A lot of information to remember and learn how to operate different systems on your computer. It's a call center job. So if you're not prepared for customer service, this might not be the place for you.

Pros

pay is competitive and that is it

Cons

Sales environment. Working late on Fridays. Outbound and inbound calling. phones are always ringing. Call centers and employee support are outsourced to other countries. HUGE NO NO!
