There are a lot of great things about working at CrowdFlower: The people are very talented and friendly. We all share an intrinsic motivation to do better in the world. The benefit package and perks are unbelievable. There is opportunity for growth. They want their employees to learn as much as possible. We work in a wide range of industry types so there is an opportunity to learn a lot about a wide range of businesses. I feel very lucky to work here.

Cons

No real complaints about working here. Work hard, be clear about your goals and the company will help you accomplish them.

- Insanely bright team - Great culture where management cares about what's best for you the individual - Good pay - Rapidly growing space that's still in it's infancy as far as potential - Solid benefits - Unlimited snacks and drinks - Team Lunch, dinner, breakfast served a few days a week - Fun space and location - Really challenging

Pros

Great location in the Mission, a block from Bart. Friendly team of super smart folks developing highly innovative technology. Great employee benefits, flexible hours and a great kitchen. We operate in an open, collaborative environment, use all the latest tools and technologies (very Apple centric with devices), and do quite a bit socially together after hours as well.

Cons

Everything's changing all the time.
