Pros

Great location in the Mission, a block from Bart. Friendly team of super smart folks developing highly innovative technology. Great employee benefits, flexible hours and a great kitchen. We operate in an open, collaborative environment, use all the latest tools and technologies (very Apple centric with devices), and do quite a bit socially together after hours as well.

Everything's changing all the time.

Pros

Creative people with a passion for what they are doing. Breakfast food and unhealthy snacks abound. Beverages galore. Big office with lots of space.

Cons

Too many people who don't work hard or do the bare minimum. No structure or chance for career development. An events person earns more than most of the employees. Sales process consistently lies to clients. Employees told embellish results to maintain clients. 24 hour job, always something needed to be done.
