Cons

The people who work here are amazing! It is honestly what really makes the company. Competitive pay Great benefits Stock options Ability to discuss ideas and have them implemented in real time

Cons

Lack of organizational structure Though its a Fintech - they overload the devs with work and the end results is subpar tech which can be a problem when working with third party lenders and/or investors and auditors The very high level execs are not as transparent as they can be - they stated they werent doing layoffs but were just quietly laying people off. Just cause its not one big layoff does not mean its not happening
