Great interview and onboarding experience, talented and thoughtful team, strong sense of collaboration, entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment, exposure to an emerging industry, focus on innovation, and solid benefits.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities, which can sometimes make workload balancing challenging. As the company continues to scale, there can be evolving processes and occasional ambiguity in roles or ownership, along with shifting priorities as the business adapts.

Free and good healthcare; good starting pay.

Cons

No training program; trainers only make themselves available to you for 1-2 hours a day; no communication from management; no communication from co-workers; if you ask questions they assume you can’t learn something new and begin to marginalize you. Oh and poor dental benefits. Only $1500 LIFETIME max coverage.
