      Pros

      -Organized, incredibly helpful Training team. Very supportive and knowledgeable -Thorough, friendly, helpful, and supportive HR/People's operations team. -Super impressed with how the company introduced us to our managers and higher-ups. It made me feel important and valued as a new hire and I appreciate that. -Everyone is so kind and helpful. No matter who I talk to for help, whether they are managers, team members on the floor, or trainers, everyone is super supportive. I have never worked in a place that fostered such a friendly workplace environment.

      Cons

      -A bit overwhelming, I wish there was more training for immersion. I still feel like I need more support and experience, HOWEVER, I think that everything will be alright regardless, since the team is so incredibly helpful and supportive.

      Pros

      I recently joint the company, and my experience so far has been fantastic. The interview process was fast, seamless, and very organized. From the moment I accepted the offer, the onboarding process made me feel supported and prepared. The team made me feel welcomed and valued as a new member. It's refreshing to be a part of a company that truly invests in its people from day one.

      Cons

      Uptown Parking was a headache and costly until parking passes were received which took close to 30 days to obtain.
