Pros

Fiksu represents a great environment. People are friendly, hard-working, and conscientious. The work is interesting, and there is a genuine ability to grow your career while maintaining a positive work/life balance. Perks are considerable, the money is good, and the location in Back Bay is great. Fiksu feels like a mature start-up environment that has taken its knocks but is still trying.

Cons

Fiksu has seen some bumps in redefining itself over the last year, and it has been unfortunate to lose many wonderful people. This has signaled a lot of soul-searching and change across the whole company (not all bad, mind you.)

Pros

The team at Fiksu is exceptional, not only do they have a lot of fun, they're also very intelligent. The mobile landscape is tough these days, but from the exec. team down, everyone has a firm grasp on mobile and where Fiksu fits in. I've learned a TON at Fiksu and feel that they've set me up for success for the rest of my career. The healthcare plan is exceptional and they also subsidize gym memberships.

Cons

There can be a lack of communication between exec. and their employees from time-to-time. Several re-orgs have caused lack of direction when it comes to career growth.
