Pros

a lot of perks: free lunch on Thursday, unlimited PTO, snacks, many fun events; energetic and laid-back environment; The industry is interesting and fast growing;

Cons

compensation is relatively low compared to other high tech companies. With the expansion of the company, communications between teams become less efficient.

Pros

It is a great place to start if you went to school for something different and want to try something new in your career. Free Thursday lunch and unlimited vacation

Cons

Compensation: Extremely low Company values: unstructured Office culture: pretentiously warm, old timers get away with anything Work: Make it sound like your job will be exciting and ends up not being as cutting edge as they claim. False advertising Honestly if you have other options in career search take those because for a company that is "best company to work" they luck great management and organization.
