Pros

Fiksu offers a great work life balance. They have strong goals and objectives that allow you to learn new things every day while working in a fun collaborative culture with really smart people. Every day is different for me, I walk around and see so many intelligent people that are making the company what is it and what it is suppose to be.

Cons

The pay may be a bit lower but the benefits make up for it.

Pros

Best place to work in Boston. Seriously snacks, bonuses, beer fridays and lunches!

Cons

Too many perk options! Can't get enough of this!

In Okay Place to Start

Pros

Relaxed start up culture (but you will obviously work hard), free lunch Fridays and unlimited vacation. The CEO and most of the upper management are very smart, nice people.

Cons

If you are not involved with the campaign management, you're not really cared for. Upper management seems to only care about growing as fast as possible. Also the HR department doesn't seem to take employees issues too seriously. If you are grandfathered in at the company apparently you can just treat everyone like crap and it's okay.
