The management team don't know what they are doing. In the last few months many workers got fired and the company isn't profitable.

Very flexible work schedule with a good vacation policy. Social lunches and gatherings. Great office location.

Cons

A lot of turnover and instability in the company due to rapid growth. Company changing focus often which does not help to boost moral.
