Pros

The people are great. Meaning the worker bees, not the leadership. It seems like everyone is trying to do their best but the results just aren't showing. Free snacks. Some reimbursements.

Cons

Leadership is terrible. Product literally doesn't work. Pay is bad. There is a hostile vibe when you walk into the office. Lots of closed door meetings. Everything is too little too late. Make changes to the process and now something else doesn't work. Make changes to the product and it doesn't work. Offer to do a deep dive into performance of a client, they cancel. I've never worked for a more messed up place in my entire life. No one is happy here.

Pros

when I worked at Fiksu, they had compiled one of the hardest working, most intelligent and motivated sales teams I have been a part of.

Cons

managerial misguidance and and an overzealous expansion resulted in the company running out of runway, failing to meet their self-stated goal of going public

Pros

Fiksu represents a great environment. People are friendly, hard-working, and conscientious. The work is interesting, and there is a genuine ability to grow your career while maintaining a positive work/life balance. Perks are considerable, the money is good, and the location in Back Bay is great. Fiksu feels like a mature start-up environment that has taken its knocks but is still trying.

Cons

Fiksu has seen some bumps in redefining itself over the last year, and it has been unfortunate to lose many wonderful people. This has signaled a lot of soul-searching and change across the whole company (not all bad, mind you.)
