Most hostile work environment I've ever experienced

Pros

The work itself is fine, decent stack, not terrible to work with. The pay is actually really good here, but factor in the cost of mental health therapy into your salary. You'll need it.

Cons

Put simply, the CEO is a textbook narcissist to a hostile extreme. Expect to see him berate your coworkers and you regularly over impromptu zoom video calls and in main company channels. The simplest, most honest mistakes will result in verbal abuse and gaslighting.

Pros

Mildly interesting project, decent pay and benefits.

Cons

The CEO is by far the worst thing at this company. His narcissism and insecurities make working with him impossible. Any sort of individualism, or constructive collaboration is swiftly and harshly discouraged. His way, or the high way. Your past experiences mean absolutely nothing, you're simply a puppet to do what you're told, how you're told to do it. Anything outside of that is considered "picking a fight" or "being difficult".
