Perfect Balance for Professional Growth

Pros

The managers are enthusiastic and make the workplace fun. This sales organization, in my opinion, strikes the perfect balance between autonomy, expectations, and responsibility. Quota is very attainable, but this isn't a place where you can kick your feet up. There's really strong/good leadership. If you're looking to develop your sales skills to a master's level, I'd recommend both the AE and AM teams.

Cons

We're very nimble, and you need to get used to pivoting as things change.

I really like the team and the culture in the company. It's nice to work with awesome people who are willing to help and work together. Also, as an engineer you have a lot of opportunities to grow and work on interesting projects.

Cons

Overall, I think the company is on a good track, so nothing particular to say here.
