Fantastic company to work for, this company is growing by leaps and bounds and as an employee I feel I'm given the tools to grow right along with it!

Cons

A lot of locations can feel decentralized at times.

Thank you for your feedback! We do try to let each location keep their own identity, which we feel is typically preferred. This can give a decentralized feel, and we are working to standardize the company basics (benefits/communications/systems/etc.) while continuing to let local facilties stay true to what has always made them so great.

Pros

Great culture with extremely driven people. Everyone is striving to grow the company and super helpful with getting us to the top. Love the atmosphere in Oak Brook and great location (down the street from Oak Brook Center). Love the entrepreneurial mentality of each division.

Cons

Many policies and procedures are not baked out because the company is growing so rapidly, but great opportunity to develop and implement what's needed.
