I can't think of any good thing about my time there.

Cons

Overworked employees (especially analysts), due to workaholic management. Everyone is very individualisitic. Support is very scarce. Salary is not very attractive.

- Literally no need to pitch - Deal flow is very strong, so you get to build a very strong deal experience - Best in-class FinTech bankers - Great place to learn if you are interested in the field

Cons

- Brutal hours - No time off on weekends, Sundays are considered normal week days - Bonus Claw-back
