- Constantly in acquisition mode and the last commit you made to your customers may not be good the next month or year.

PTO (unlimited) is awesome, management listens to you as long as you are frank and honest with them, lots of room for growth and management assists in moving you to grow. Communication is KEY in a place like Finastra. Been through MANY changes with Finastra, both good and bad, and each time I have felt management has had my back. Especially during Covid, they took the approach of Employee first, and we survived the worst year in recent history (pandemic). I thank the management team and Simon for this.

Cons

Compensation can always be better, and this is something I am hoping one day they improve on. HR is almost absolute here, or turn around is high for them as they are never available. You never speak to the same person twice. It is rough to get an answer for anything if you need help with something HR related. Make a dedicated solution to employees seeking HR assistance!
