      Good work life balance, Some projects work on Latest Technologies so you have a chance to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Most of the products running on old tech so if you get stuck in the wrong team no growth in knowledge.

      Flexy timing. Product based company. Less work pressure As an individual team, its very good to work with

      Cons

      Top level management team is the worst I have ever seen or heard. Good for people who are closer to HR team. Not secure here, layoffs after forming Finastra. Spending money for decorating toilet, no employee safety or salary hyke for whome it deserve.
