      Pros

      Great people, great culture, and very competitive pay and perks. The Manila site is particularly world class, with lots of initiatives.

      Cons

      Fast work environment which sometimes adversely affects work-life balance. Hopefully, the integration with D&H will soon be completed, so there's clarity on functional goals and expectations.

      Very dynamic, going through transformation to fully move infrastructure to Azure cloud and to implement Agile Scrum methodology and CI/CD ... lots of interesting stuff to do and learn

      Cons

      Frequent organisational and structural changes disrupt rhythm of work and introduce uncertainty. Salaries could be better
