      No cost of living in 7 yrs, reached salary max 10 yrs ago and no opportunity to change it

      Product based Onsite opportunity Good technical projects Flexible timings High salaries No dress code No bench policy Good work culture BFSI domain

      Cons

      No induction from HR side Not so big infrastructure like other service based companies No dormitory No gym beacause of small infrastructure. No other sports related activities.

      Medical insurance Good infrastructure Cafeteria & Table tennis Cab service (If you are late to leave)

      Cons

      No Comp off or over time compensation 95% Old age staff (45+ age) & most of them are either lazy or arrogant or both. Time flexibility is a myth, everything is in your manager's hand. Zero enthusiasm for other activities.
