      Pros

      The hard working staff. Paycheck. Lots of time off after 5 years.

      Cons

      Too much constant change. Too many buy-outs and lay-offs. Executive's dont seem to care about client or employee satisfaction despite saying that is their main focus.

      Upper management publicly professing love for "Agile" and "Innovation"

      Cons

      Phony. ALL TALK. Hypocrites. All their actions are completely contradictory to their words. Even lied to employees about reason for the office closures and layoffs as if employees are that stupid.
