Staff are being marked down in reviews and losing bonuses or pay rises simply because they live nowhere near an office and haven’t set foot in one for years. There’s a restructure every few fortnights, and every reshuffle comes with redundancies. Cuts have gone right to the bone. If you can’t stand your manager, don’t worry — you’ll almost certainly have a different one within a year. The aim seems to be to get rid of all staff in North America and Europe, so if you’re still here in those regions, you’re likely next. The constant reorganisations cause nothing but confusion and poor productivity. Those who know how to play the politics seem safe, while the people actually doing the work are the ones shown the door.
