Pros

Decent pay and competitive sales. Career progression is adequate.

Cons

Very dysfunctional after the merger. Lack of communication between management and employees. Very corporate culture even though they pretend otherwise. Lots of redundant or unnecessary meetings.

Pros

Free soda at all location which every office serves i didnot have any stuff to write good reviews but glassdoor has this section mandatory

Cons

You do all hard work and there. will be someone who will talk more and take credit of your work Underpaid and very less vertical growth guys with 5 to 7years of experience wil be working as P 2 Lack of trust between management at different levels Local office at plano is more like startup culture They have dumies manager, and over stepped by their boss Strongly opinioned manager Dont trust if you are promised for any sponsorship or visa forget about that they will bring from india and will underpay Locations sucks all finastra misys locations they have shifted to place where they can rent for cheap If comapred with similar industry pay is least Old technology lacks security nothing much to learn They have only single product which pays most of profits so if you join other products most likely you will have hard times Overall its okey to footstep into industry but dont stay long if you want to grow and learn and earn better as comapred with your freinds
