White Males Welcome

Pros

Hard working employees PTO Work from home option

Cons

If you are a white male, you’re given a title. Title does not equal leadership. Everyone pretends they know - until you ask questions and they all start pointing fingers. Marketing/Brand is a nice shiny shell. Completely empty inside. Company posts fake Glass Door reviews. Open Banking is a complete joke of a strategy.

Pros

Benefits and Salary were pretty good, my co-workers were a good group.

Cons

Constant turmoil, always a fresh set of layoffs, no clear and honest direction from management about the company or product line intentions.
