Pros

Great Pay and Good Benefits

Cons

Training was non existent. Manager had no clue what he was doing and honestly should not have been running a team. I left due to downsizing and he was dropped down to a sales position which made sense. Company didn't want to pay employees what they were owed. And they had a mentality that long time clients were expendable. Just not a healthy work environment and honestly the company was on a downhill slide- they were clearly looking for ways to sell off portions of their business, or the entire company, if possible.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, great benefits and 401k with immediate vesting. Pay above standard.

Cons

Absolute insanity at the top. This is a Private Equity owned company and it shows at all levels. Executives, management and tenured employees are in constant fear of layoffs therefore they all hoard knowledge and information in order to preserve their roles. LAYOFFS are a constant theme company wide, due to the incompetence at the top, they cant make money and keep reducing staff in order to make the numbers work. The VC firm is only concerned with selling and stabilizing bad software so they can sell entire departments off to the highest bidder. EXCLUSIONARY WORK ENVIRONMENT- Middle East (Chosen Ones) management prioritize their countrymen and women over others, it has created a negative and exclusionary workplace environment. In-group favoritism has lead to a lack of inclusivity, and equality in the workplace, which has harmed productivity, morale, and teamwork.

Pros

It's work so that's good

Cons

A lot of long time employees and leaving and the company is really not getting to the root of the problem. No pay raises for almost 3 year and then when they were given certain regions got way more of an increase than others. All this after the company tries really hard to promote "equity".
