      1. Unlimited timeoffs 2. No one does any actual work 3. Flexibility

      Cons

      This is restricted to potential joiners to the HR team - 1. Management is clueless. A bunch of underqualified, clueless, self absorbed individuals sitting in UK run the show 2. Promotions, career progression and any good opportunity is restricted to UK citizens based on your accent and skin color 3. Racist HR leadership will snatch any and all roles away from rest of the world outside UK 4. They hire and fire without any reason. The workforce planning group including the department head is absolutely clueless and lacks any credible skillset to hold the position Pls save your career and join somewhere else. Org is on the verge of shutting down.
