Pros

Excellent colleagues where you can learn the business and improve your skill set. Good training platform and collaborative environment with modern technologies.

Cons

Focus on growth has distracted from legacy product development and support. Internal system and processes cannot support essential reporting and visibility to clients.

Open to grow, not there yet

Pros

the company seeks to change the financial industry and seeks to change the diversity of its staff, unlimited vacation, digital balance encouraged, leadership is open to change and feedback is encouraged and acted upon.

Cons

still developing career progression paths - options are there if you know how to network and search and "squeak". the company doesn't support fully virtual work as they "strongly encourage" all employees to go into an office 2 out of 5 days minimum. all new hires must be near an office and can't be truly virtual.
